4. Basic Life Support

Learn about Basic Life Support awareness for adults, children and infants with information about the different approaches for health professionals and non-health professionals alike including a familiarisation with AED (Automated External Defibrillator).

5. Dignity & Respect

Understand the barriers and good practises regarding dignity and respect for patients within the health and social care industry. Learn about Person Centred Approaches, being patient, promoting independence, managing confidentiality and respecting privacy.

7. Safeguarding Adults (POVA) / Mental Capacity
